I planned a trip back to Nashville to visit my parents so it coincided with the
Crowes playing at the Ryman. Great show, and it was a nice treat to see Audley
Freed come out and joint the band for the encore, which was the Allman Brothers
song "Dreams". Was this the first time he's played with them since leaving the
band?
