A bit OT, but what does everyone think of their new album, Vicious
Delicious? After giving it a few listens, I really enjoy the tracks
"Heavywieght" and "Becoming Insane". I also like the fact that they
are letting more of their influences come through in their music
(incoporating more heavy guitars, vocals, some hip hop). Also, I
always respect artists who don't hold back and might take a chance on
a track, rather than playing it safe and staying in their "comfort
zone". I say kudos to IM on a great album.

Becoming Insane sounded great on the Polk Audio Speakers ... as
we danced to Infected Mushroom last night, & kept the volume down,
letting the peeps sleep; copacetic and wild.
Personally, I don't ever become insane: but open up the stance,
not the volume at 3 AM.
Now fuzzy wawa 6-string 'lectric Superblues - yeah, this is
definitely worth a listen in the daylight, when you can set that
knob to 12 O'cl'k high; Eric Clapton = sobriety, genus
Dance the Night Away
By jack bruce and pete brown
Cream / Disraeli Gears / ©1967, MotownUniversal Records Group
Gonna build myself a castle
High up in the clouds.
Therell be skies outside my window;
Lose these streets and crowds.
Dance the night away.
Will find myself an ocean,
Sail into the blue,
Live with golden swordfish,
Forget the time of you.
Dance the night away.
Dance myself to nothing.
Vanish from this place.
Gonna turn myself to shadow
So I cant see your face.
Dance the night away. |
