Scott, I see your pattern of harrassment, lies and stalking
continues. I have requested that you cease and desist this
immediately or deal with the consequences, and you keep refusing to do
so.
I received a phone call from the NYPD, requesting I forward all
threatening e-mails and usenet posts to them regarding this matter.
After speaking to Don E. Branker again, I'd rather not do that. Don
says you're a good person who just takes rejection too personally, and
out of respect to Don I'd like to drop the whole thing, provided you
knock it off.
I really think this is a big misunderstanding based on you expecting
to be treated like royalty because you recorded the California Jam in
1974. Providing me with poor quality recordings was nothing but a
waste of my time, as is sending me adhesive taped CDs that won't play
(which I returned to you by USPS, although they're basically
worthless). I think you're misrepresenting your "accomplishments" in
regard to the Cal Jam - numerous people recorded the show and
authorized recordings are available, but you seem to think you deserve
special treatment and have made public threats and spread lies about
me because I don't give you that treatment.
Don E. has been a valuable source of information on the California
Jam, and he speaks highly of you. If none of what I've said makes any
sense, I hope Don can talk some sense into you before the authorities
pursue it further.
Stop this harrassment. NOW.
