It was great. They sounded fantastic. My brother in law and sister, who had
never seen them, and only knew a few of the hits even had a great time, though
they didn't know a single song. The only low points for me were Evergreen, which
just doesn't do it for me, and the song Rich sang to close the second set. Looks
like it was called Rockin' Chair. Not sure who originally did it. The Poor
Elija/Tribute To Johnson (Delaney & Bonnie?) song that opened the second set was
very nice. And Waitin' Guilty was excellent. It sounded to me like they were
going to do Wiser Time, which I really don't like anymore, so I was very happy
when it turned out to be WG.

The encore of Space Captain and Hey Grandman (whose song is this?) was a great
capper. I'm glad I took the trouble to go there and see it.

Of the Warpaint songs - the one that really seemed to get the crowd going the
most was Movin' On Down The Line. Afterwards Chris said something like "it's
great to see all of you dancing to a song you don't really know. I find that
very optimistic."

Moby Grape, huh? Never heard of Moby Grape. It was a kickass song, the way the
Crowes did it, though. I'm hoping some recording sneak out. I know these are "no
taping" performances, but there was almost no security in the venue and they
weren't searching or patting anyone down at all. Would have been super easy to
bring in a recording device, and somebody likely did at one or more of these
shows.
