Anybody got any idea just how much Amy is featured
on this album?? And yeah, i googled it and got the label's
info and tried other retail sites. Vince does a duet on
"In My Own Backyard" but none of them list Amy's
participation on any particular track. She might provide
only hard-to-pick-out background vocal.
I actually love the clips and will probably buy the CD
anyway. Just wondering.

Amy sings background vocals on Andea's song "Galilee Road." She does
a very nice job as their voices mesh very nicely together. Andrea has
a very beautiful and crystal like voice and although I didn't purchase
the enitre album, I did download "Galilee Road" and "Love Goes On" on
iTunes awhile back. I'm sure you'll enjoy it!
Btw, did you ever hear Amy singing background vocals on Carolyn Dawn
Johnson's song "Life As We Know It?" It was several years ago, but
this was another nice background collaboration as well. I know Amy
tends to downplay her ability to sing well with other people when it
comes to doing background or harmony parts, but for the most part, I
think she has done some nice work with other artists. I also like
what she did with Anne Murray on "Can I Have This Dance?" And she and
Vince do some really beautiful vocal work together with Matt Brouwer
on his current single release "The Other Side." And I'm also reminded
of the great job Amy did with Bart Millard on Mercy Me's Christmas
album, singing a kind of uptempo bluegrass version of "Silent Night."
It will be interesting to see how her duet with Elvis on "White
Christmas" turns out. |

Hello Ruth and hi to all of you!
Amy is very easy to recognize on Galilee Road, Amy is singing kind of
harmony vocals, more than usual background vocal. And in my opinion
she does a great job. I only now a few songs from myspace.com/
andreazonn . Andrea is a phantastic singer and I met her in Lucca/
Italy where she played with JT and Bonnie Raitt. Very nice lady and a
great contribution to JTs music.
And on this way I like to express my biggest congratulations to you
all. Finally the Bush times are over..it was about time. I hope Mr
Obama will get the chance to make some changes happen.
